Returns and Refund Policy

Calyhong strives to provide a pleasurable shopping experience and superior customer service to all of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you received, we are here to help you!

Returns
We accept returns or exchanges postmarked within 30 days of the item(s) arrival to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Please contact us at Service@calyhong.com and describe the issues in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Note:
*If our company is shipping the wrong item/ size, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend a replacement at our expense.
*If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, we will deduct the original shipping fee.

*Some products may have a little difference caused by light,shooting angle and different displays. Please be subject to final products. In case of return due to this situation, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

*We do not accept returns or exchanges for big sale or clearance item(s).Any item with a 60% discount is considered a clearance item.Any item with a 60% discount is considered a clearance item, (unless the product is defective)

What if I receive a defective item?

When you receive your order, please inspect all items carefully before trying on – if you notice a fault, please contact our customer care team immediately at Service@calyhong.com and ensure you include your order number and a photo of the fault within your email. The customer care team will respond as soon as possible with a desired solution.

Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.
Items must be accompanied by our Return Form (Please contact our customer service team to get it)

Refunds

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 48 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at Service@calyhong.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept cancellation for orders that are shipped within 48 hours.

Return handling time
Returns will be processed within 2 – 4 business days after your package is returned to our warehouse.

Returns will be processed according to the payment method used when the order was placed, i.e. credit card, postpay account or credit note. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus the original shipping fee (if applicable to the order).

Once our team has processed your refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Alternatively, if your refund is processed back to store credit, this is instant.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee of total price other than freight.(The reason for charging this fee is that we have to pay the cost of goods preparation and packaging, please understand.)
